Site work for a water / sewer project in Fennville, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Fennville is seeking cost proposals from qualified companies for the construction of two 5-inch test-observation wells, and the construction and aquifer testing of one new production well. The general construction characteristics include: typical well depth of 125 feet, well diameter for the test-observation wells is 5-inch PVC casing, well diameter for the test-production well is 16-inch steel casing, well casing length for both well types is 105 nominal feet, grouting for all wells with neat cement, well development with an assumed 20 hours of development time for the test-production well, and test pumping consisting of one stepped rate test and one 24-hour constant rate pumping test. Notice of award will be issued to the selected contractor on or before February 17, 2026 with a notice to proceed and contract signing to follow as soon as possible. Question Deadline 02/06/2026 Questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to the ENGINEER not less than seven (7) days prior to date of opening of Bids
