As of February 27, 2025, project was awarded to Midwest Construction Group, Inc but awarded amount is not available. The project includes the construction of a new restroom building with electrical, water, and sanitary hookups, drinking fountain, bandshell/pavilion structure, fencing, concrete sidewalk, storm sewer, and landscaping. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check or Bid Bond by a recognized surety in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bidder's maximum Bid price in the name of City of Fennville. The City of Fennville reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the City of Fennville.
