The City of Fennville is requesting Bids for the construction of 1st Street, 2nd Street, and Park Street Improvements.The Project includes construction of approximately 2,000 feet of roadway grading, HMA leveling and surface courses and associated HMA and concrete drive approaches, 450 feet of 8" sanitary sewer, with associated 6" sanitary laterals, 750 feet of 8" water main, with associated 1" and 2" water services and fire hydrants, water service material verification, 800 feet of 12" and 24" storm sewer, concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk and ADA ramps, grass restoration; mulch blanket, traffic control and all related work.The date the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. A pre-bid conference will not be held. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. The City of Fennville reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the City of Fennville.
