The Township of Manlius, Allegan County, Michigan is seeking sealed bids for Town Hall improvement projects. II. IMPROVEMENTS: A. Painting the inside of Town Hall (3134 57th St. Fennville, MI 49408) B. 24 x 40 old hall and 28 x 44 offices- interior walls and wood trims plus interior doors C. Replace doors Township Hall entrances to ADA compliance 2 sets, Install new bathroom fixtures x 2, replace Formica (3134 57th St. Fennville, MI 49408) D. New bound edge carpet for main hall. 14 x 30 III. GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS: 1. Bid shall establish price for completion of all projects, including supplies/materials. 2. Each bidder shall be responsible for visiting the sites of the proposed work to fully acquaint themselves therewith as to existing conditions so that they may fully understand any difficulties and restrictions attending the execution of the work under the proposed contract. 3. Bidders shall thoroughly examine bid documents. The failure or omission of any bidder to receive and examine any form, instrument, addendum, or other document or to visit the site and acquaint themselves with conditions there existing shall in no way relieve any bidder from any obligation and respect to this bid or the contract. The submission of a bid shall be taken as prima facie evidence of compliance with this section.
