Renovation of a military facility in Andrews Air Force Base, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility; and military facility.

Professional installation of three bottle-less water refill stations with integrated drinking fountain bubblers, including the removal and disposal of three existing water stations. The requirement also includes a one-year warranty and replacement filters to be provided upon request to ensure continued operation and maintenance of the installed units. The 89 AW HQ has identified a critical need to replace their current commercial-grade water bottle stations, specifically 3 stainless steel bottle-less water refill stations with drinking fountains bubblers. The new, heavy-duty replacements are essential for modern health, welfare, and readiness of the personnel supporting this critical mission. This initiative also covers the associated costs for professional removal of existing water refill stations along with the installation of the new water refill stations ensuring a safe, compliant environment. Failure to update this equipment will increase the risk of mission failure due to health concerns, critically impairing our capacity to efficiently provide for our mission and our force. Physical Characteristics: 3 Bottle-less water refill stations Touchless/Hands free activation Integrated bottle filler and drinking fountain bubbler NSF/ANSI certified filtration system Place of Delivery/Performance/Acceptance/FOB Point: Delivery, inspection, and acceptance shall be to: Joint Base Andrews, MD 20762 he 89th Airlift Wing (89 AW) provides global Special Air Mission (SAM) airlift, logistics, and communications support for the President, Vice President, cabinet members, combatant commanders, and other senior military and elected leaders as tasked by the White House, Chief of Staff of the Air Force, and Air Mobility Command. The hightempo, no-fail mission of the 89 AW requires personnel to always be available and missionready. Providing readily accessible, filtered drinking water is essential for the health, welfare, and readiness of the personnel supporting this critical mission. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles , supervision, and services necessary to install and maintain bottle-less water refill stations at the 89 AW HQ, Joint Base Andrews (JBA).
