Description

Outdoor lighting and renovation of a mixed-use development in Cleveland, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development; and for outdoor lighting for a multi-residential development.

Remove all existing ceiling mounted and column mounted metal halide, high pressure sodium, and incandescent style fixtures mounted inside the Superior Ave., and Payne Ave. garages. Purchase and install new 8 ft. strip fixtures and ceiling mounted LED fixtures for the loading dock, compactor room, and service hallway. Install new LED fixtures on a one for one basis to replace all existing broken, inoperable ceiling, column, and wall mounted fixtures. Refer to the lighting fixture outline and fixture selection provided by Myriad Electric as the basis of design. Minority-Owned Business goal 20% Woman-Owned Business goal 10% Lighting replacement for the parking garage at Bohn Tower Apartments.
