Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Bend, Oregon. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a multi-residential development.
The Juniper Ridge affordable housing initiative is being considered by the City of Bend for approximately six acres on the south side of Juniper Ridge near Cooley Road in north Bend. The project may include permanent supportive housing and workforce/affordable housing units in buildings limited to two to three stories. City staff indicate funding efforts and predevelopment activities could take approximately three years, with construction beginning thereafter and occupancy potentially occurring within five years. A public hearing is anticipated in September.
