Site work for a water / sewer project in Lawrenceville, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Scope of Work This project will consist of installing approximately 5,200 feet of 4 inch steel and removing a below ground valve that is installed on 4-inch steel. *Note: These locations and quantities are subject to change but will be of similar scope. This will be a line item bid with a not to exceed total. Questions regarding bids should be submitted to Kenneth Morris, buyer, CPPB, via email at chris.duncan@lawrencevillega.org no later than 3:00 p.m. local time, August 14, 2026. Bids are legal and binding upon the bidder when submitted. A five percent (5%) bid bond must be submitted with the bid. Successful contractor will be required to provide a one hundred percent (100%) payment and one hundred percent (100%) performance bond as well as an insurance certificate fulfilling requirements as stated in the bid documents. The City of Lawrenceville reserves the right to reject any or all bids to waive technicalities and to make an award deemed in its best interest. Bids may be split or awarded in entirety. Baker Carter Dr- Install approximately 5,200 feet of 4-inch steel main. Claude Brewer Rd - Remove valve and install approximately 6' of 4-inch steel main. All materials will be supplied by the City of Lawrenceville
