Site work and renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Ephraim, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 3,259-square-foot fitness / recreation center; and for site work for a fitness / recreation center.
Removal and installation of new non-slip flooring around the swimming pool walking areas, including surface preparation, removal and re-installation of diving boards, handrails, pole holes, starting blocks, and drain grates, and installation of coving. Question Deadline 08/12/2026 at 12:00 PM MTl Scope of Work: Surface preparation (removing, grinding, cleaning, etc.) Removal of all old tile debris etc. from College premises. Installation of the new non-slip surface. Final finish and cleanup Provide and install the coving all the way around the pool area touching walls. Must remove all diving boards, handrails, pole holes , starting blocks, and drain grates. Re-install of the diving boards, handrails, pole holes , starting blocks, and drain grates. Diving boards and handrails, must have new safety inspections and provide documentation Will not need to fix the north wall base, coving should cover up these.
