Scope of Work: Water Proofing/Metal Panels 1. Scan the building for the panels and windows. 2. Provide Shop Drawings and own rental equipment and engineering. 3. Pressure wash the building and caulk any expansion joints that are faulty. 4. Apply a roll-on sika thorocoat water proofing to the brick 9134. 5. Remove the brick at left of the entry and install new water proofing. Extend z-girts to plan out with the rest of the panels . 6. Remove brick above the windows in the courtyard area and add steel per the engineer's recommendation. 7. Furnish and install two (2) colors of ACM Panels, one being a Hazelnut Mica and the other Bronze. 8. Coping, downspouts and any trims will be Black. 9. Attach Z-girt flashing to brick in a sealant for the attachment of the panels. 10. Add soffit panels at the stairs on the South elevation - match color in flat sheet formed to a flush seam Panel. 11. Replace entry lettering, numbers and words to black to match trim. 12. Add ACM panels to the pillars and walls at the entry - does not include the planters.
