Question Deadline 08/14/2026 at 5:00 PM CT you have any questions, please contact the City of Farmers Branch Purchasing Department at (972) 919-2528 The intent of this Project is to remove and replace the current roof on the 1856 Gilbert House and McKee Addition, including the breezeway between both structures, located in the Farmers Branch Historical Park at 2540 Farmers Branch Lane, Farmers Branch, TX 75234. The project shall include, but not be limited to, all materials and labor for the removal of the current roof, various repairs, installation of new trusses, if needed, and installation of wood plank decking, underlayment, flashing, and Cedar shingle roof. The city is requesting a line-item quote for cedar shingles, all other scope will follow plans. Scope of work provided in plans created by Krkonos.
