The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to remove the existing asphalt shingle roofing system on the Chadron Work Center shop building and replace it with a new asphalt roofing system in accordance with the project specifications. Work includes removal and replacement of the roof underlayment, installation of new vent jacks and roof boots, and disposal of existing vent jacks and roof boots. This Project consists of the removal of the asphalt shingles on 2 garage- like structures and roofing replacement with new asphalt roofing systems per specifications . Also , the removal and replacement of the underlayment per specifications . All new vent jacks/roof boots will be installed, and the existing boots/jacks will be disposed of . The project also includes removal and reuse of the existing gutter and downspout system. If damaged roof sheathing is discovered during demolition, the Contractor shall notify the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) before proceeding with additional work. All work shall be completed in accordance with the Statement of Intent (SOI), Statement of Work (SOW), drawings, and specifications. Removal and replacement of 1/2" CDX plywood sheathing as necessary and approved by the CO . This item is for a full sheet of sheathing, or 32 square feet QUESTIONS DUE: AUGUST 13, 2026, BY 9:00 A.M.
