Site work and renovation of a civil project in Bastrop, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Remove an existing septic tank and associated piping to enable the installation of a new fiberglass manhole with grinder pump and new duplex sewer lift station in a precast concrete sump. The sewer system shall then be extended to a Corix Utilities tie-in location. The Contractor shall coordinate all work with the Utility and shall be responsible for any costs associated with the tie-in. See the Statement of Work/Specifications attachment included with the solicitation posting for the complete requirements of the work. The performance period for the project will be 210 Calendar Days from issuance of the notice to proceed. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
