Site work, paving and renovation of a civil project in Bloomfield, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; road / highway; for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Cleaning and cement lining of 6-inch water mains, videotaping, temporary water mains, fire hydrant and gate valve replacements, water service replacements including lead lines, milling and paving of Leo Terrace and East Passaic Avenue, traffic striping, and trench restoration. Work to be completed in one hundred (100) calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. Bonds: 10% Bid Bond, Certified Check required. The work for this project includes, but is not limited to, the following items: . Field engineering Construction layout Pre-construction videotaping of project streets Apply for a Road Opening Permit from Essex County . Maintenance and protection of traffic . Temporary water main with services . Temporary soil erosion and sediment control . Test pits . Clearing site . Curb, sidewalk and reinforced concrete apron restoration Fire hydrant assembly replacement . Replace gate valves along existing water main . Clean and videotape the mains prior to installing the lining . Install the cement lining in the mains . Videotape the water mains after the cement lining is installed . Install replacement and new services and replace lead services . Pressure test water distribution piping . Disinfection of water distribution piping .Initial and final trench restoration Milling and paving of Leo Terrace and East Passaic Avenue as shown on the drawings . Topsoil, seed, fertilizer, lime and mulch restoration . Cleaning and restorations . Traffic striping . Submit contract closeout documentation. The work of this project consists of replacement of water services and lead services and cleaning and lining water mains in Garrabrant Avenue, Leo Terrace, East Passaic Avenue, Meadow Lane, Clover Lane, Winding Lane, Coeyman Avenue, South Arlington Avenue, and North End Terrace located in the Township of Bloomfield, Essex County, New Jersey.
