Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Bloomfield, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the replacement of steam-based unit ventilators with new UVs equipped with air conditioning through a rooftop-mounted condensing units; installation of a new packaged RTU and related duct work for the Gym; and upgrades to the existing electrical service. The Contract Documents define the full project scope. Bids will be accepted from a single general contractor for a lump sum bid. Bidder qualifications required are (C032) HVACR. Major subcontractors required include (C029) Structural Steel and Ornamental Iron, and (C047) Electrical.
