The work includes providing snow plowing and removal services for all municipally-owned streets, handicapped crosswalks on an hourly basis, and the following streets and parking lots: Streets: 1. Broughton Avenue Corridor and all adjacent side streets from Watchung Avenue to Bay Avenue 2. Grove Street from Bloomfield Ave to Arlington Avenue and all adjacent side streets 3. North Fifteen Street (within the Bloomfield Border) 4. North Seventeenth Street (within the Bloomfield Border) 5. North Sixteenth Street (within the Bloomfield Border) 6. Halcyon Pond District Parking Lots: 1. Pitt Street Lot - Lot on Pitt Street off of Broad St. 2. State Street Lot - On State Street off of Liberty St. 3. Conger Street Lot - On Conger Street off of Bloomfield Ave & Glenwood Ave. 4. Myrtle Street Lot - On Myrtle Street off of Dodd St. 5. Municipal Lot - On Bloomfield Avenue adjacent to Town Hall. 6. Parking Deck - At 23 Lackawanna St - Top level only. Bids must include a Consent of Surety, Statement of Financial Responsibility, Non-Collusion Affidavit, and a Certified Check or Bid Bond for ten percent (10%) of the bid amount, not exceeding $20,000.00. This contract shall begin from the first service call request and terminate on December 31, 2026 The Township Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, or accept the bid that best serves its interests,
