Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside (FAR 19.14) Scope. The administration of this service contract shall be carried out exclusively by the contractor, with no involvement from Veterans Affairs personnel . A) The Contractor shall supply all necessary labor and materials to install a new underground storage tank leak detection pipe sensor (L3) into the double-walled piping system of Generator Tank #1 (Building 76 - 6,500 gallons) at the facility. The existing sensor, which requires replacement, is currently in alarm status on the Veeder Root tank monitoring system. B) The Contractor shall supply all necessary labor and materials to replace the underground storage tank fill line with an upgraded fill tube and an overfill flapper valve positioned at the bottom of the fill tube. The flapper valve will be designed to automatically shut off fuel flow when the tank reaches 95 percent capacity during refueling. Tank # 11 is an 1,100-gallon double-walled steel tank located at Building 78 - Theater. Question Deadline 08/25/2026 at 10:00 AM PT Questions should be emailed to robyn.akins@va.gov
