The Contractor shall perform all work (the Work) within the time stipulated herein, and shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, utility services and transportation to complete in a workmanlike manner, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract Documents, as defined in the General Conditions, Section 00700, required in connection with the following titled project, all or as more fully described in the Contract Documents (the Project). The Contractor shall perform all Work in strict compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, ordinances, codes, and standards, including but not limited to applicable building codes, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements, and all environmental regulations. The Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining and paying for all permits, licenses, and inspections required for the performance of the Work, unless otherwise specified in the Contract Documents. The Contractor shall coordinate all required inspections with the appropriate authorities having jurisdiction and shall provide the District with copies of all permits and inspection reports. The Contractor shall maintain the Project site in a clean, safe, and orderly condition throughout the duration of the Work. Upon completion of the Work, the Contractor shall remove all equipment, tools, surplus materials, debris, and temporary structures from the site and shall restore the premises to a condition satisfactory to the District. The general scope of work includes removing and replacing the interior and exterior coatings of the 1485-1 (0.3 MG) welded steel reservoir, structural modifications and upgrades, and all other work and appurtenances in accordance with the contract documents.
