Description

Renovation of a transportation facility in Nantucket, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.

Replacement of HVAC Equipment System. Removal of two existing evaporator coils, outdoor condenser, and gas furnace with new HVAC equipment for all those components . Question Deadline 08/11/2026 at 12:00 PM ET Questions concerning this Quote Process must be submitted in writing to Vilina Ilieva, 14 Airport Rd. , Nantucket, MA 02554. Or via email at vilieva@nantucketairport.com. This Scope of Work includes the removal of the two (2) existing evaporator coils, outdoor condenser, and gas furnace, and the replacement of these components with new HVAC equipment serving the Restaurant Area located in the Main Terminal . We currently have two (2) American Standard units, model number 4TXCD061BC3HCBA, which have the normal capacity of 60,000 BTU/h or five (5) tons. We would expect the new units to be able to handle this standard, if not greater. All work shall be performed in a professional manner, in accordance with applicable manufacturer requirements, local codes, and standard industry practices.
