The anticipated project timeline is October 19 to December 31, 2026, with flexibility to accommodate fall weather conditions. Contractors are responsible for obtaining all required building permits, utility disconnection permits, and must comply with the National Building Code of Canada, the Saskatchewan Fire Code, and all applicable Village bylaws. complete the removal and replacement of the existing roof tin on the Ceylon Rink. Work includes full removal and disposal of all current roofing materials, installation of new metal roof panels, flashing, drip edges, ridge components, ice/water shielding, and complete weatherproofing of all penetrations.
