Remove and replace two (2) heat pump units: Existing units: #11 Friedrich Climate Master Model 814060fusflscoa Serial #35MU1213 #18 Friedrich Climate Master Model 814019ESSSSSCOB Serial #A 86A 00637 Disconnect power, condensate line, and duct work prior to removal. Removal & proper disposal of old units. Recovery of Freon prior to disposal. Replacement units should be the same BTU output and electric. Connect all duct work, electric, condensate line, and filters. Remove and replace one (1 ) wall cabinet heater at entry: Existing unit: Indeeco Disconnect power and remove the unit from the wall. Install replacement unit, which should be the same size and BTU Output. Installation includes electrical connection and filter. Remove and replace one (1 ) gas fired heater in our loading dock area: Existing unit: 30,000 BTU Dayton Gas Fired Removal of the existing unit includes disconnection of electrical , flue pipe, thermostat, and gas line. Installation of the new unit of same size and BTU includes connection of the gas line, electrical , and flue pipe. Installation of all four (4) units includes start up to confirm they are all working properly. Permit fees and code compliance the responsibility of the contractor. Removal and proper disposal of any debris from worksite, including four replaced units.
