Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Norcross, Georgia. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Construction of a pedestrian overlook structure on top of a cast in place retaining wall, including concrete sidewalk, concrete stairs with bicycle runnel, site grading, cast in place retaining wall, and undercut of existing slope to connect segments of the town center trail. QA date - 8-28-2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Contact information and submittal procedures for such questions are as follows: A. Questions by email should be sent to Kevin.Dascall@mbakerintl.com and should include company name, contact name, email address, and phone number. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all registered plan holders. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Questions from prospective bidders are due to Michael Baker by 2 PM on Friday, August 28th 207359
