Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Norcross, Georgia. The Project generally consists of parking and pedestrian facilities surrounding Norcross City Hall, including grading, storm drainage, paving, sidewalks, ADA improvements, retaining walls, landscaping, lighting, and associated site improvements. Questions regarding this Invitation to Bid shall be submitted by e-mail only to the Procurement Contact (Charlene Marsh, procurement@norcrossga.net) no later than 5:00 p.m. on September 7, 2026. Responses to questions will be issued by Addendum and posted on the City's website. All work shall be completed within 315 calendar days following issuance of the Notice to Proceed and in accordance with the Contract The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities or technicalities, and award the contract in the best interest of the City.
