Sealed proposals will be received by the Construction Manager (CM) RFD Construction, 1700 West 4th Street, Sulphur, Ok. 580.622.3104 until August 6th, 2026 12p.m., C.S.T. The bids will be opened publicly at 3:00 PM the same day at the Administration Building, 6068 Meridian Rd, Lone Grove, Ok. Questions concerning the Bid Packages and bidding procedures shall be directed to the CM. Questions concerning the bid documents shall be directed to the office of the Architect, Corner Greer & Assoc., 580.223.1341. A link for the plans and specifications may be obtained from the CM or Architect. Successful subcontractors shall be responsible for purchasing and/or furnishing all plans, specifications and required documents for construction of the project A Pre-Bid Walk through for sub-contractors to be held July 30th, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. Bidders shall meet at the entry to the football field off Meridian Rd. Attendance is manditory for the field and track subcontractors and recommended for all other subcontractors. The project consists of all labor, materials, equipment and incidental work necessary to furnish and install synthetic turf at the baseball and softball fields, new fencing and netting, baseball concession press box renovation and new softball bleachers with press box and canopy. The project includes replacement of the track at the football field, installation of new field events and construction of a new drainage system.
