Renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility in Benton, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for the renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility.
Replace elevator machinery, adjust fire sprinklers, upgrade elevator cab, repair damaged elevator shaft CMU and replace shaft roof. Install Mini split AC system in machine room. The Project will include the Discipline(s) of: Concrete, Masonry, Metals, Wood and Plastics, Thermal and Moisture Protection, Specialties, Equipment, Conveying Systems, Mechanical, Electrical. Bidders should act promptly and submit all questions in writing to J Wyatt Porter-Brown, fax 603/271-3515, e-mail james.a.porter-brown@das.nh.gov in accordance with explanation to bidders - instructions to bidders, document 00204 - part 13. All individuals, firms, partnerships or corporations intending to bid, before obtaining plans and specifications, must file with the Department of Transportation on forms prepared for that purpose at least ten (10) days prior to opening of bids, a statement showing their qualifications. No valid bidding proposal will be issued to a prospective bidder who is not qualified. The right is reserved to waive any informalities in or to reject any or all proposals.
