Provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances, and supervision necessary for the AATTC HVAC project. Work includes removing and replacing seven existing Bard WA372-A15 3.0-ton exterior wall-mounted air conditioning units with new Bard W36AF-A15 3.0-ton air conditioning units. The contractor shall furnish all labor and equipment required to demolish and remove the existing units, install the new units, and haul all removed equipment off base. The contractor shall ensure all wall penetrations are properly sealed and watertight, perform complete cleanup of the work area, and remove all debris and unused materials from the site unless otherwise directed. The contractor is responsible for repairing any damage caused during construction to buildings, sidewalks, asphalt or concrete drives, curbs, grass areas, fencing, utility lines, utility boxes, and other government property. Any disturbed grass areas shall be restored, free of ruts, and reseeded as required. The period of performance is 90 days after notice to proceed, including inspection and punch-list completion. The magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. This requirement is set aside 100% for small businesses under NAICS Code 811310.
