A comprehensive, site-specific Scope of Services will accompany each individual location request. The general scope may include, but is not limited to, the following elements: Demolition Types- Residential ( single-family and multi- family) and commercial structures . Site Security- Installation of temporary security fencing and deployment of appropriate erosion controls prior to starting demolition activities. Hazardous Material Abatement- Identification, handling, and legal disposal of asbestoscontaining materials (ACM ), lead, or other hazardous materials. The City will perform an ACM survey prior to issuing a service request for each location and will embed these survey results directly within the site specifications. Utility Disconnection- Coordination, scheduling, and verification of service abandonments for water, sewer, gas, and electricity with local utility providers. Structural Demolition- Controlled removal of designated residential and commercial structures, including deep foundations, footings, and surrounding pavement. Debris Disposal- Removal and disposal of all debris at a licensed landfill in accordance with local regulations. Site Restoration- Filling basements with approved clean earth, grading the site to match surrounding natural elevations, and conventional grass seeding to prevent soil erosion.
