Question Deadline 08/13/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than [7] days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Yakima Ave, Lincoln Ave to Tiger Dr The improvements are expected to consist of full-depth reconstruction of Yakima Avenue with asphalt or concrete pavement between the intersections of Lincoln Avenue to Tiger Drive (approximately 3400-ft). Improvements also include the installation of a new city domestic water main to fill in gaps along the corridor, as well as the installation of a water line sleeve and a sanitary sewer sleeve in anticipation of future city utility installations. The City is requesting bids for two alternative pavement designs and intends to award a contract for only one of the two alternatives. Following the opening and evaluation of bids, the City, in its sole discretion, will select either Schedule A (Asphalt) or Schedule B (Concrete) for award. The contract will then be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder based solely on the total bid amount for the Schedule selected by the City.
