Construction project for the centralization of goods movement and logistics for the Parliamentary Precinct in Ottawa, replacing individual loading systems with three shared campus nodes. The project will be structured as a decentralized logistics network integrated with underground tunnels and will not have a single standard street address. Instead, the physical infrastructure spans across the following primary properties within the Parliamentary Precinct campus in Ottawa: - Parliament Hill (Core Project Zone): Wellington St, Ottawa, ON K1A 0A9 - West Block (Connected Facility): 111 Wellington St, Ottawa, ON K1A 0A4 - East Block (Connected Facility): 111 Wellington St, Ottawa, ON K1A 0A3 TIMELINE: The second stage of two-stage request for proposals from an individual firm or Joint Venture to provide Architectural and Engineering Services (AES) for the Triad Material Handling Node (T-MHN) project has closed. Submissions are under review. Award is anticipated in early/mid-fall 2026. Further update at that time. Note. Only Respondents who pre-qualified in Stage One were invited to take part in this RPF and had access to the RFP documents.
