Renovation of a mixed-use development in Roseburg, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Provide all equipment, labor, materials, tools, consumables, parts, and supervision necessary to perform annual generator and Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) maintenance, annual load bank testing, coolant system service/replacement, and fuel testing in accordance with ANSI standards. Services include all required compliance activities, documentation, reporting, and system testing to ensure generator and ATS reliability for continuous healthcare operations. A properly sized backup emergency generator must be supplied to maintain uninterrupted electrical power during maintenance activities. Work supports the ongoing operation of inpatient and outpatient care services where continuous power is essential for patient care and veteran safety. Annual Generator Service to include: 50 point check inspection with the following parts: oil filter, water filter if needed, fuel filter, oil change, coolant top off if needed and a 26 point inspection of the transfer switch.
