Description

Renovation of a military facility in Nags Head, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

Contractor shall provide all necessary transportation, labor, equipment, materials, parts, tools, and supervision to safely demolish, remove, and replace designated decking and stairs at United States Coast Guard Outer Banks housing sites. Work includes demolition and disposal of existing structures, installation of replacement decking and stair components, and all associated construction activities required to complete the project in accordance with the Scope of Work. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and incidental services necessary to deliver fully functional and compliant replacements at the specified housing locations. Location: United States Coast Guard Outer Banks Housing Sites, Outer Banks, NC.This work shall be executed at the following USCG OBX Housing locations: 203 W. Lookout, Nags Head, NC 27959; 4211 Cobbs Way, Nags Head , NC 27959;711 Canal Dr. , Kill Devil Hills, NC 27948.
