Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fremont, Wisconsin. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and bridge / tunnel.
Limit - Beechnut Lane to Arndt Road The pavement needs treatment to extend its service life. Perpetuation project to resurface approximately 10.43 miles of STH 49 from Beechnut Lane to Arndt Road in Waushara County. Design an anticipated 1.75 inch mill and overlay from Beechnut Lane to CTH H (North) and 3.5 inch mill and overlay from CTH N (North) to Arndt Road. Additional work includes updating curb ramps to ADA standards, evaluating curb and gutter for spot repairs, evaluating casings and inlets, and evaluating guard rail. Replace five culverts and evaluate two more. Real estate and utility coordination are anticipated. Anticipated Construction Cost: $4,000,000-$4,999,999 The Method of Contractor Selection Has Not Been Determined at This Time.
