SCOPE OF WORK The work to be done under this Contract, as shown on the Contract Plans and Specifications, shall include the furnishing and complete installation of all materials and any other necessary work required for proper completion, operation and use of the facilities. All the equipment, materials and labor that may be necessary to complete the work and place it in satisfactory operation, implied or intended in the Plans and Specifications, shall be furnished and/or installed without extra cost to the OWNER. The titles or headings of the various divisions, sections, paragraphs, subparagraphs or of Drawings, and the Table of Contents and the indices, as used in any of the Contract Documents are for convenience of reference only and are not intended to limit and shall not be construed as in any way limiting the application of the text.
