Reference Number 0000432408 Phased remodel of existing facility Council Chambers including preconstruction services and construction execution. The City of Commerce City requires a Contractor to perform CM /GC (Construction Manager / General Contractor) services to assist the City in achieving the Commerce City Council Chambers Remodel located at 7887 E. 60th Avenue. CM/GC will provide preconstruction services, work within a GMP (Guaranteed Maximum Price) budget, and provide construction services for the phased remodel of the existing facility.
