Description

Site work and renovation of a municipal facility in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

Modification of instrument air system at the Richmond Plant, including furnishing all necessary labor, supervision, project management, tools, and equipment. Bonds: 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond. QUESTIONS CONCERNING THIS REQUEST FOR QUOTATION SHALL BE SUBMITTED VIA PGW. PROCUREWARE.COM BY FRIDAY, AUGUST 7, 2026, AT 2:00 PM EASTERN TIME. Demolition and removal of two Ingersoll-Rand compressors and two Ingersoll Rand desiccant dryers. Some steel piping, ductwork, and conduit will also need to be removed to make space for the new equipment. Installation of two Sullivan Palatek Compressors, Next Air & Gas dryers, ventilation fan, and building louvers. Some steel piping, HVAC ductwork, and conduit will need to be installed to tie in the new equipment. PGW Supplied materials include the two new Sullivan Palatek compressors and two new Next Air & Gas dryers. These materials are already on site in storage at PGW Richmond Plant. The contractor is responsible for supplying all other materials.
