Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Lakewood, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
SCOPE OF WORK Removal 1. All sections of concrete curbing and walkways to be replaced are to be saw cut at a control joint or brought back to an expansion joint. 2. All debris is to be removed from the work area immediately and disposed of at an appropriate recycling facility. 3. The work areas must be cordoned off using caution tape and or cones and barricades. The Contractor is to take every precaution not to damage the landscape, walkways and roadways in route to the work area. 4. Contractor will be responsible for root removal. LVA will remove any tree or stump affecting the worksite. Replacement 1. All replacement concrete shall be 3,500 psi or greater. 2. All replacement sections are to be 4" (inches) thick with the finished surface matching the existing surface. 3. The work area shall be cleared of all debris. Topsoil and seed shall be added where forms were removed. 4. All turf areas disturbed during construction will be returned to its original grading and topsoil and seed applied. 5.
