Grant administration and activity delivery services for a water main replacement project. The Village is soliciting competitive Proposals for activity delivery (grant administration) services in compliance with CDBG requirements for the Water Main Replacement project. The anticipated total grant amount is $ 1,500,000. All invoices for services provided shall be at an hourly rate plus allowable reimbursable expenses. The maximum amount of administration fees that can be paid with CDBG funds will be determined by DCEO and may require adjustments in the proposed contract amount. The services to be provided will include, but not be limited to: 1. Assisting with the advertising, tabulation, and award process for the grant-funded work. 2. Reviewing and approving all contractor requests for payment and submitting approved requests to the Village. 3. Providing fiscal oversight of DCEO grant funds, including but not limited to requests for draw down of necessary funds for payments to local contractors as well as the selected firm , submitting reports and supportive documentation to DCEO as required quarterly and maintaining appropriate ledgers and accounting for the expenditure of all grant funds. 4. Documenting and ensuring compliance with requirements necessary to comply with all applicable Village, state, and federal laws, statutes and regulations. 5. Providing any other necessary grant management support to effectively and properly oversee this project and grant on behalf of the Village. 6. Documentation of Section 3 requirements. 7. Attending Village Board meetings as needed. 8. Completion of all Funding Agency Grant requirements. 9.
