Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Rothbury, Michigan. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field; for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for paving for a playground / park / athletic field.

The project consists of furnishing all material and constructing the following: Demolition of the existing volleyball fencing and play structure . Relocation of an existing light pole and donation plaque . Installation of new paved parking lot, barrier free parking, basketball court, prefabricated restroom, concrete sidewalks , fencing, signage, water well, septic field, amenities , and landscaping . Including all necessary appurtenances and restoration . The Contractor must visit the site of the work and must completely inform themselves relative to construction hazards and procedure, labor, and all other conditions and factors, local and otherwise, which would affect execution and completion of the work and its cost. Such considerations must include the arrangement and condition of the existing structures and facilities, the availability and cost of labor and facilities for transportation, handling and storage of materials and equipment. All such factors must be properly investigated and considered in the preparation of the Contractor's proposal. There will be no subsequent financial adjustment for lack of such prior information. The project shall be substantially completed by May 31 , 2027 and ready for final payment June 30 , 2027 . Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, Certified Check required.
