The project consists of the construction of a new one-story, wood-framed athletic locker room facility adjacent to the existing athletic fields at Sussex County Community College "lower campus". The building includes team locker rooms with showers and toilet facilities, exterior-accessible public restrooms, and an athletic training room, along with associated site work. Bonds: 10% Bid Bond, Certified Check required. Questions regarding interpretation, clarification, or changes in the bid specifications must be directed in writing (via email) no later than Tuesday, August 11th, 2026 to Matthew Stoppay at publicbids@sussex.edu.
