Construction of bridge improvements and paving improvements for Laud Howell Parkway. Laud Howell Parkway Project 1 Phase 2 is located within the City of McKinney, Collin County, Texas. Laud Howell Parkway Project 1 Phase 2 consists of the extension of Laud Howell Parkway, constructing the northern half of the roadway cross section and its related improvements withing a 140-foot right-of-way, extending existing Laud Howell Parkway west to existing CR 166 (Lake Forest Dr). Laud Howell Parkway Project 1 Phase 2 Paving Improvements consist of approximately 41,561 SY of 10" reinforced concrete paving, 1,546 SY of 10" colored/stamped concrete paving, 1,382 SY of 2" type D HMAC pavement, 3,574 of 2.5" type D HMAC pavement, 4,955 SY of 3" type D HMAC Pavement, and approximately 10,425 SF of concrete sidewalk. Additional improvements include grading, signage, pavement markings, lighting, and traffic control . Moisture conditioning is included as an alternate bid item . Laud Howell Parkway Project 1 Phase 2 Bridge Improvements consist of 2 separate bridges, each carrying three lanes of traffic and one 10' trail, with a length of approximately 616 LF. The project includes complete delivery of bridges, including foundations, barriers, railings, pedestrian rail , riprap, abutments, and approach slabs. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, Certified Check required.
