Scope of Work Substantial Completion for Landscaping Sod installed across all designated areas Initial watering by water truck started Final Completion for Landscaping Sod fully established (root knit-down, uniform coverage, no bare or dead spots) Any failed sod areas replaced Temporary erosion control is removed once vegetation is established Punchlist items completed and resolved As-built surveys and all Final Acceptance Documents provided calendar days calendar days Final Acceptance by City of McKinney General clean-up 1.
