Description

Demolition, site work and new construction of a recreation facility in Casper, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the demolition of a recreation facility; for the construction of a recreation facility; and for site work for a recreation facility.

Design-build services for the Hogadon Chair Lift including demolition of existing lift, installation of new chairlift, concrete footing work, excavation, structural and mechanical tower installation, electrical equipment for operation, controls and monitoring installation, and rope installation. Contract Times: Dates A.Design-Builder will substantially complete the Work on or before October 15, 2027. B.Design-Builder will have the Work completed and ready for final payment, in accordancewith Paragraph 14.06 of the General Conditions, on or before November 25, 2027.
