Renovation of a military facility in Casper, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Remove the existing roof system and replace it with a new TPO membrane roofing system, including installation of architectural roof edge fascia metal. Work includes all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the HVAC-related roof replacement and ensure a fully functional and weather-resistant roofing assembly. The estimated order of magnitude of construction for this acquisition is Between $100,000 and $250,000. Questions and inquiries regarding this solicitation must be submitted to Mr. Derek Olson, Civil Engineer, dcolson@wapa.gov and cc'd Contracting Officer, jpratt@wapa.gov. no later than 15 July 2026. Written questions will also be taken at the site visit, but answers may not be provided at that time.
