Description

Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Melbourne Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

Rehabilitation of the north jetty structure including installation of 48 pre-stressed concrete piles, placement of concrete beams, construction of new jetty decking, and installation of supplemental 4-foot diameter granite armor stone and 3-foot diameter crib stone. Scope of Work The Sebastian Inlet District ( OWNER ) is seeking competitive bids to continue the rehabilitation of the Sebastian Inlet north jetty structure with the installation of 48 pre- stressed concrete piles , placement of concrete beams , construction of new jetty decking, and installation of supplemental 4 - foot diameter granite armor stone and 3 -foot diameter crib stone. The Bid Plans delineate the project access and staging areas as well as the specific improvement locations and project requirements . Florida Project no- 12034.01 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to OWNER (Sebastian Inlet District) in writing.
