Renovation of a municipal facility in Jasper, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Reroofing project for the Marion County Lawson Building. The work included under these Specifications and the accompanying drawings consists of providing all items, articles, materials, operations or methods listed , mentioned or scheduled on the drawings and/or herein, including all labor, materials , services , equipment and incidentals for construction of the Marion County Lawson Building Reroof, Jasper, Tennessee. The Work includes a new roof covering onto an existing building. Modifications to the roof drainage is also included. The existing building will continue in use throughout the duration of the project The existing building has an original construction of masonry with modified bitumen roof covering, and the subsequent addition of a pre-engineered metal building. The work of the contract includes but is not limited to: recover the existing modified bitumen roof covering with a new edpm membrane. The new membrane will be wind vented / "windsmart installation. Construct new cant at connection with pre-engineered metal building, to allow abandoning existing "valley gutter" between the original building and the addition install new roof drains, and new roof drain piping inside the building. Install new lamb's tongue through exterior walls, for roof drainage. The existing pre-engineered metal building roof will remain as-is, but small modifications will be needed to connect with the new work Bonds: Performance Bond required (unspecified amount), Payment Bond required (unspecified amount).
