Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Peru, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Sealed Bids will be received by the City of Peru for "Main Street Water Main Improvements" and is further described as follows: Replacement of existing water mains, concrete curb, sidewalks, driveways, and roadway resurfacing. Including 6" PVC Water Main (1667 LF), HMA Pavement Removal (4009 SY), Aggregate Base Course (503 TON), HMA Base Course (122 TON ), HMA Binder Course (180 TON ), HMA Surface Course (514 TON ), Driveway Removal & Replacement (283 SY), Sidewalk Removal & Replacement (7701 SF), Concrete Curb Removal & Replacement (2187 LF), and various other related items Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, Certified Check required Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
