Bridge Street (S.R. 0113), between Church Street and Hall Street. 2. Hall Street, From Bridge Street to approximately 260 feet west. Project Description The Borough of Phoenixville is expanding the sanitary sewer system on Bridge Street and Hall Street. In general, the work consists of, but is not limited to: relocation of existing water mains, removal and replacement of sanitary sewer main, sanitary sewer manhole replacement, installation of new sanitary sewer main, installation of new sanitary sewer manholes, temporary and permanent asphalt pavement restorations, curb to curb mill and overlay of all disturbed areas within the right-of-way of Bridge Street, loop detector replacement, and pavement markings replacement. The scope of work is more fully described in the project specifications herein and on the project plans.Work Included - Base Bid A. Mobilization (Max. $25,000) 1. The assembly and set-up of the general plant required to comply with the contract and with local and state laws and regulations. This includes contractor's offices, shops, plants, storage areas, and sanitary or other facilities. This work includes obtaining the required permits, insurance, bonds, and any other initial items required for the start of the work.
