Ferry Division General Engineering Services (GESC) - Facility and Marine Asset Management Engineering support services for Facilities and Marine Asset Management and Maintenance related work. A variety of work and tasks will be assigned throughout the duration of the contract. Facility related tasks will include but are not limited to facility condition indexing and assessment, facility asset management plan creation and tracking, long range project and capital planning, engineering studies, development of plans, specifications, engineer's estimates, and contract documents in accordance with NCDOT standards, as well as construction administration and support for new construction, renovations, and facility systems including MEP, HVAC, electrical, water and wastewater, fire suppression, and structural improvements All prequalified firms who submit responsive letters of interest will be considered. Firms submitting LOIs are encouraged to carefully check them for conformance to the requirements stated above (and any other requirements in this Advertisement).
