Renovation of an educational facility in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
This project includes: Replacement of interior finishes, interior renovations, and associated mechanical and electrical upgrades. Make proposals on the bid forms supplied in the Project Manual. No oral, telegraphic or telephonic proposals or modifications will be considered. Submit with each bid, a certified check or acceptable bidder's bond payable to Independent School District #279 in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Performance Bond. The Owner reserves the right to accept any bid or to reject any or all bids, or parts of such bids, and waive informalities or irregularities in bidding. The Owner requires Substantial Completion of the project on or before August 20, 2027. This is an interior renovationof the media center and areas and limited roof structural modifications. There are 48 pages of plans and 700+ pages of spec. Please ensure you are reviewing everything completely. There is a site walk and your attendance is highly encouraged. We will take and send out photos of the work areas but it is important that you fully understand your scope.
