Question Deadline 08/19/2026 at 3:00 PM PT UNLV is seeking an experienced contractor for a campus-wide classroom phone installation initiative to enhance life safety, emergency response, and instructional space security. This phase includes installing wall-mounted classroom phones in 117 classrooms across 17 campus buildings. Each phone will be hardwired to the campus voice and data infrastructure in accordance with UNLV Office of Information Technology (OIT) and Network Development & Engineering (NDE) standards. The work requires a fully coordinated low-voltage installation that integrates with existing Intermediate Distribution Frames (IDFS) and complies with all applicable codes, standards, and campus wiring design guidelines. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials , supervision, equipment, coordination , testing, documentation, and closeout deliverables required to provide a complete and operational classroom phone installation. Work shall be performed in a workmanlike manner and subject to inspection by UNLV OIT/NDE staff. UNLV will provide the phones and mounting brackets. Contractor shall install the phones and mounting brackets provided by UNLV and will be responsible for the cabling and wiring. Contractor is responsible for any wall damages and repairs and painting
